As a young adult entering the working world you need to develop the skills and knowledge to manage your personal finances and understand the financial implications of the decisions that you make. This qualification covers a wide range of topics ensuring that you fully prepared to be financially stable and independent taking into account risk and following values such as Rule of Law and Independent Liberty.

Whilst on your internship you will work towards the development of  key employability skills; self-management, working with others, communication and problem solving, making decisions, team working skills, creativity and working under pressure. Before you start your internship you will complete a package of CPD accredited courses to prepare you for the workplace, these include:
